java - dspace create-administrator fails -


i working on installing dspace 6.1 src release. on suse 12.2. have followed installation instructions carefully, followed ideas in this post, , cleaned-reinstalled-retried create-administrator script , user script numerous times yesterday , today. same error:

i have not found error anywhere online. closest posting 2015 above. database did not have default entries in epersongroup table, added entries suggested post above (add 'anonymous' , 'administrator' groups). still getting same error.

since error reports issue database schema, recommend following.

run following command see status of database schema

bin/dspace database info

if see items without status of "success" run following

bin/dspace database repair

if not see entries include release 6.1, run following command

bin/dspace database migrate

hopefully resolve issue.
