is react, react.js, , reactxp same thing , if not, how differ?

i keep reading articles , confused these.

react , reactjs used interchangeably. reactxp library (or new app starter template) microsoft uses react , react native allow multi platform development. supports development ios, androind, windows 10 (partially) using react native , web using react.
