hortonworks data platform - Phoenix View for huge HBase Table -

i'm working on hortonworks data platform 2.6 cluster hbase 1.1.2 , phoenix 4.7 installed.

i have huge hbase table lots of columns, new columns added if new data added (data added hbase api's put mechanism).

now use phoenix table. found tutorial, sais have create separate phoenix view based on hbase table structure: https://khodeprasad.wordpress.com/2016/07/26/how-to-use-existing-hbase-table-in-apache-phoenix/

based on tutorial i'd have list column families , columns (! more 1000 @ moment, , still increasing), lot of work , view wouldn't up-to-date if new columns added hbase table.

now questions here are:

  1. does make sense use phoenix such huge tables, can change on time?
  2. is there way create "dynamic" phoenix view fits hbase columns automatically?
