java - Creating a keyboard that sends specific linked images? -


i have been tasked creating way send specific, encoded images @ touch of button. original way around create custom sms application had few buttons under text area, came across problem of mms messages being huge pain in rear encode , decode.

having realized might possibly able has sparked interest.

i wanting create 'table' of sorts that's linked keyboard can switch , forth between default text , image inputs (either button or else entirely, don't care).

basically, i'd adding button functions 'emoji' button, instead of sending unicode character corresponds image, want send image if i'd selected directly gallery. believe simple listview, haven't slightest idea behind code selecting image have execute send it.

would possible this, or chasing dream?

note: not expecting fully-coded answer, may able run off of.

i've found best way figure out doing find basic open source base , build (or remove) from. it's still rewarding, know you've still built something.
