bioinformatics - Primer design using ecoPrimers - error when using ecofind command -


i've been following tutorial sent me frederic boyer first time user of ecoprimers , run trouble when run the following command , i'm not sure how solve it: 

./ecofind -d ecodb/chlorogenus tracheophyta   #  #  opening ecodb/chlorogenus_001 database error 1 in file ecoioutils.c line 101 : cannot open file abort trap: 6

this command supposed retrieve taxonomic information database created in previous command lines.

i'm new bioinformatics sorry if silly question can't seem find helpful on internet.
