user interface - 2D Graphics for Game with C++, color palette swapping, IME, GUI -


i'm newbie in 2d graphics, , poor @ english. sorry these.

i want make 2d pc game c++. in game, retro-like style textures drawn swapping palette of colors. game has editable text gui components, supporting not english korean, japanese, , chinese. since targeted windows, think supposed implemented ime.

to make game, should refer to? grateful if give information or ways do.
