monitoring - otherwise working munin not showing graph when node is offline -


i have working munin setup plotting graphs around 50 machines. machines connected via brittle umts connection. whenever 1 of machines goes down (historic) graphs replaced "image not found"-placeholders. eliminates graphs source of information on why machine went down.

on munin irc told expected behavior , should run munin-asyncd buffer values. don't understand how solve problem. far understand introduce delay not fundamentally change anything.

also graphs still in ''/var/lib/munin'' copying them there every time , plotting manually rrdtool cumbersome. there configuration switch make munin show graphs when machine down?
